My Approach
I have an integrative, compassion-focused approach to health and wellness, incorporating the mind, body and soul. All of these parts are connected, and healing one helps to heal the other.
Our bodies remember what the mind cannot, and there is so much power in connecting to our own intuition and inner guidance.
I emphasize integrative nutrition, embodiment practices, holistic lifestyle, and building awareness around thought patterns and behaviors that no longer serve us.
I support people globally in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
